If you want to learn CPR the right way, you can request a class or you can contact center/CPR instructor by Searching for them on this site. We have developed a directory of training centers and instructors to help you learn cpr. The best way to learn CPR, again is to have someone teach it to you in person. The important part is that your body and mind both remember how to perform this life-saving skill. A rough overview of the process is detailed below.

Remember, CPR is very basic, anyone can do it:

Your Safety	Look out make sure you don't become a victim
Safety of Others	Look out make sure others don't become a victim
Airway	Open the person's airway
Breathing	If not breathing - Mouth to Mouth or Mechanical (about the same amount as you would normally breathe)
Circulation	Check for a pulse or signs of life - if none, do compressions (compress the heart)

Although it is possible to Learn CPR Online, you should be careful to ensure that you are getting what you need and learning good CPR. Rember that learning CPR online is better than not learning CPR at all, but the quality increases when you do the skill in person.
